Creative Coaching
Revivify your Power
“What a concept, joy… How often do you allow yourself something so often considered selfish and indulgent? Power, redefined then, is unapologetic alignment with your joy.”
– Cat Wityk

Let’s liberate your expression from what’s blocking you, and allow your creations to do their magical work in the world!
Personalized Creative CoachinG With Cat
Welcome to the pillow fort! I invite you to grab your favorite blanket and join me in play, exploration, and zero-fucks-given creative experimentation. Together, we’ll bring your creative spirit back to life.
As an Inward & Artward creative facilitator, my goal is to help you help yourself by guiding rather than instructing. My coaching style is co-creative, neurodivergent-affirming, and playful, helping you to prioritize self-care and joy at all stages of the creative process.
What Can We Do in a session?
This will depend on your unique goals! First, I’ll seek to understand where you are in your process so that we can approach your burning questions with the right tools. Sessions may include:

- Regular in-person or virtual check-ins for accountability.
- Exploring structures to contain your creative practice, such as goal-setting, habit-formation, ritual-making, and managing creative environments.
- Cultivating a healthy creative mindset through nervous system regulation, learning to work with your rhythms, and normalizing neurodivergent ways of working and being.
- Working collaboratively to understand and move through creative blocks.
- Theoretical discussions on story, character, and craft, for furthering technical skill sets.
- Dynamic and co-creative discourse about a particular project you’re working on, akin to a developmental editorial meeting.
- Exercises designed to open the doors of creativity and enhance writing skills.
The Small Fury Creative Manifesto
- Every human has a divine right to be creative.
- Curiosity is more valuable than inspiration.
- Art has the power to heal, transform, transmute, uplift, connect, inspire, sanctify, and destroy.
- You don’t have to be “good” to create something meaningful to yourself and others and to take pleasure in doing so.
- The purpose of creative work is to ripple out into the world and impact others in ways you can’t possibly know. You cannot imagine the importance and power of your work.
- The “tortured artist” is a tired stereotype and harmful ego trap. Art-making doesn’t have to be painful and self-destructive. Your relationship with the creative process can be rooted in self-love and pleasure, even if the material itself is dark.
- Quantity over quality. Consistent small steps will take you further than sporadic big leaps.
- The concept of ‘discipline’ has been hijacked and twisted by patriarchy and capitalism. In actuality, it looks different for everyone. Be disciplined about being kind to yourself, too.
- Fear and resistance are necessary parts of the creative process. Do not fight and bulldoze through them like a stressed chicken. You can cultivate a gentler relationship with them through nervous system regulation.
- Because AI are not alive, do not possess souls, and are entrenched in ethical issues, the use of AI to create art defiles the spiritual value of the artistic pursuit as well as the artistic integrity of the human prompter.
